Despite some cleanliness issues in the rooms and common areas, the standout feature of my stay was the pleasant and efficient customer service at the front desk. the staff handled issues with room changes professionally and provided timely assistance, making the overall experience more manageable. However, improvements could be made in the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel's facilities.

The airport shuttle took us to the hotel from Terminal 3 arrivals easily, just like a seamless touchdown of a plane. Once at the hotel, we dined at the Concorde restaurant, enjoying dishes of Italian cuisine that were as delightful as a Roman sunset.

Elevator was very small and slow.

Our stay at Best Western was fantastic. We stayed for two nights while waiting for our cruise departure. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and we were able to take a quick shuttle to the hotel, which was added to our room bill. The front desk staff were exceptional and booked a shuttle for us to the port. The onsite restaurant served delicious food, both for dinner and breakfast. The breakfast manager, Pierino, was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to have breakfast even before he finished setting up due to our early flight. The variety and freshness of the food were outstanding.
